Exchange Policy

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • When an item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • When an item is returned after more than 7 days, post being delivered

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the item you wish to return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, then your reimbursement will be processed and a code will be sent to you to use on yesonline.pk. You will be able to shop for any product that is within a similar price range of the item you initially purchased.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your Junk email folder.

Then, contact our online customer support team. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item for the same one, email us at sales@yesonline.pk and send your item to: 19-D1, GULBERG III Lahore PK 54000.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, mail your product to the following address: 19-D1, GULBERG III Lahore, Pakistan PK 54000.


We provide free returns within Pakistan. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item if you are outside Pakistan. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
